A workspace set within a stunning Grade II listed building set on a Victorian terrace.

146 Buckingham Palace Road is the newest addition in a cohort of seven distinct workspaces designed by Studio KKD in London’s Mayfair and Belgravia neighbourhoods. Each space captures the unique essence of its location while contributing to a consistent, holistic brand experience.
Inspired by its residential roots, the design effortlessly combines the inviting warmth of a home with the sophistication and vibrancy of a members’ club - creating a space that’s as stylish as it is functional.
Featuring a calm yet contemporary material palette, the design is sympathetic to the historic features of the building. The private office areas are understated and designed with soft, neutral tones to foster focused working, and equally allow tenants the freedom to personalize their spaces. In contrast, communal areas, such as the members' lounge, are imbued with bold materials and patterns that provide visual variety and a welcoming ambiance for relaxation and social interaction. The use of dark timber, maroon accent paint, and patterned soft furnishings infuses the space with a homely yet striking aesthetic.
