Inspired by Manchester’s industrial heritage, the interior design draws upon the city’s iconic brickwork and raw materials. The red hue of the local brick informed the material palette, complemented by earthy tones that echo the historic mills and warehouses. The concept is further enriched by the story of the Spinning Jenny —a local emblem of cra and innovation. This fusion brings warmth and authenticity to the space, celebrating Manchester’s enduring legacy of creativity and progress.
The private offices are positioned around the perimeter of the floorplate, maximising access to natural light and city views. Designed with flexibility and scalability in mind, the layout allows internal walls to be removed to create larger spaces as needed—futureproofing the workspace for evolving requirements.
The darker central core of the floorplate houses the lounges and hospitality-focused areas, creating a distinct shi in mood and atmosphere from the surrounding office spaces. This contrast with the neutral, bright perimeterfacing offices signals a change in pace—encouraging relaxation, social interaction, and informal gatherings.
